If you refer us a friend who contracts to build a new custom home with Hudson Home Builders, we would like to thank you by giving you a $1,000 thank you gift.  Just be sure to tell your friend to mention your name when they initially contact us.

This referral program expires November 15, 2008.  Recipients will receive their gift within 30 days of a new, referring contract being signed with a deposit made.  Any taxes are the financial obligation of the recipient.  Gifts will not be awarded in addition to any realtor commissions.  We reserve the right to discontinue this program without notice.
